1. How does the Flipit! work?
The Flipit! USB charger lets you charge your USB device even when all AC outlets are in use. Simply flip out the power tab, insert any existing AC power plug through the tab, then plug into a wall outlet or power strip. View the 4-step image below to learn how to use the Flipit! USB Charger.
2. Is it safe to tap power from an existing plug?
Yes. Flipit! is CE, RoHS and Prop65 compliant.
3. Will it charge most USB devices?
Yes. Flipit! is able to charge up to 1 Amp. 1 Amp will power iPhone, iTouch, iPod, Blackberry, and most other USB devices.
4. How about the iPad?
The iPad USB Charger produces 10 Watts of charging power. Therefore, Flipit! will not charge an iPad. Did you know that a standard laptop or desktop USB port will not charge an iPad either (except newer Macbook Pro)?
5. Why is Flipit! a better charging solution that other USB chargers?
Flipit! is much smaller and lightweight than most USB chargers, which makes it easier to travel. Another benefit is that you may have an outlet that is already full of plugs. The Flipit! allows you to tap power from one of those existing plugs.
6. Is there a warranty?
